In a nutshell: 

As a Retail Sales Manager, you are responsible for overall store performance including customer service, sales, policy compliance, stock control, people's competency & performance, AND have a flair for store merchandising and presentation. Brand and product training is an ever-engaging cycle which you will do, along with your team! SALES is your focus, and this drives you! 

You’ll be working alongside a small team and be the cheerleader for them and with them, guiding and ensuring training is at the forefront, processes are being followed and the daily tasks are met and done to perfection – all whilst ensuring our customers' needs are met and know that they will become loyal to our babycity® brand!

  • Retail or customer service experience

  • flexibility when needed, and wherever possible;
  • follows instructions, but uses initiative to achieve desired outcomes;
  • supports and communicates well with enthusiasm;
  • actively seeking training when required;
  • enthusiasm for learning new tools and processes;
  • basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) or a willingness to learn;
  • strong written communication skills for customer interactions;
  • ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
