Responsibilities
- Helping customers with their needs
- Supporting manager with tasks
- Stock control
- Operating POS machine
- Daily cleaning to keep store ship-shape
Must Have
- Flexibility
- Able to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Able to work well in a team
- NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
Nice to have
- Experience in Excel or spreadsheets
- Retail experience
- Previous baby store experience

- personal presentation that is appropriate (in the babycity® uniform);
- on time for work and returns from breaks on time;
- flexibility when needed, and wherever possible;
- follows instructions, but uses initiative to achieve desired outcomes;
- supports and communicates well with enthusiasm;
- actively seeking training when required;
- enthusiasm for learning new tools and processes;
- basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) or a willingness to learn;
- strong written communication skills for customer interactions;
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
