Store Manager
Pukekohe

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, customer focussed manager, to coach and build a great team while gaining growth and skills for themselves.

The store is located in Pukekohe.

Babycity is a retail business that develops strong relationships with customers , and has a team with enormous product knowledge.

Our Managers take full responsibility for their store through to profit performance. We don't just want someone to do the rosters and open and shut the shop.

To succeed in this role you will be focused on Customers and profitable growth. You will enjoy:

* Coaching and motivating

* Decision making

* Learning and developing

You will have had management experience with a focus on customer service. You will be able to work without daily direction , while knowing that support is available.

We will train and support you to build your skills, and we will incentivise you to achieve results.

This is a retail role so you will be required to be to work your share of weekends, late nights and public holidays.

Are you a retail SUPERSTAR ? If you are we are looking for YOU to join us as our Assistant Store Manager at our Pukekohe babycity Store.The role is a Sunday to Thursday roster for 38 hours.

To be successful you will be passionate about customers needs and the customer will be at the center of all you do! You will be technology savvy with the highest level of comfort with computers.

You will be a self starter with drive to support our Store Manager and team to achieve company goals and incentives. We are looking for someone with personality plus to help take charge of this store and knock it out of the park!
