Assistant Store Manager
Are you a retail SUPERSTAR ? If you are we are looking for YOU to join us as our Assistant Store Manager at our Capital Gateway - Thorndon, Wellington babycity Store.The role is a Sunday to Thursday roster for 38 hours.
To be successful you will be passionate about customers needs and the customer will be at the center of all you do! You will be technology savvy with the highest level of comfort with computers.
You will be a self starter with drive to support our Store Manager and team to achieve company goals and incentives. We are looking for someone with personality plus to help take charge of this store and knock it out of the park!
We are looking for someone with the following essential skills:
Highest level of customer service
Strong Sales focus, to achieve store targets.
Ability to be part of a team in an ever changing environment
Communication skills at the highest level
Understanding of KPI performance indicators such as, Items per Sale, Average Sale, Gross Margin, Dead Stock, Low Stock
Flexibility, as you may be required to work some public holidays, weekends and late nights.
Product knowledge is a vital part of our business and we will provide you with direct access to our suppliers for the best training in the business.
