The following terms and conditions govern the use of Babycity website including shopping and participation in promotions run by Babycity. You can access this Agreement at any time from the bottom of any page on the site.
Purchasing from Babycity.co.nz
Babycity.co.nz gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure online Mastercard, Visa, and American Express transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
You will be asked to register as a member of the Bub club. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not wish to be contacted further, please check the "NO" box in the sign up form. This means we will not contact you with promotional or informational communications, but we will still hold your details for shopping purposes. We may also contact you in direct reference to your order.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Babycity.co.nz prices and offers may vary from instore prices due to website specific sales and promotions. These promotions and prices will only be available online and not in any Babycity Store.

Bubclub Card Terms and Conditions
The purpose of My Bub Club Card is to offer benefits and communication to you, our valued customer, that are not available to regular shoppers. In applying for My BubClub Card, you agree to the terms and conditions which can be found at www.babycity.co.nz or on request at any of our stores nationwide.
My Bub Club Card terms & conditions
The purpose of the Babycity My Bub Club Card (“My Bub Club Card”) is to offer benefits to our regular customers that are not always available to other shoppers. In applying for a My Bub Club Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
1. Membership is free.
2. My Bub Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Postie Plus Group Limited (PPGL). PPGL reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
(a) terminate the scheme;
(b) decline to issue My Bub Club Cards; and
(c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel My Bub Club Card, or My Bub Club Card points, and/or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the My Bub Club Card programme.
3. Reasonable grounds include:
(a) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme,
(b) any use or attempted use of a My Bub Club Card, or My Bub Club Card points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions; and
(c) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a customer in connection with the scheme.
4. All members of the My Bub Club Card programme must be residents of New Zealand.
5. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of PPGL.
6. My Bub Club Card is valid for use at all Babycity stores nationwide.
7. For special promotions other terms and conditions may apply. These will be detailed on our website.
My Bub Club Card rewards – earning points
1. You must present your My Bub Club Card at point of purchase to receive My Bub Club Card special discounts. If you do not have your card on you at time of purchase, we will be able to include your points as long as we can identify you in our database.
2. There is no minimum spend per transaction to qualify you for rewards. You will receive one $20 reward coupon when your combined purchases reach $350. This earning rate can be altered at any time at the discretion of PPGL. Reward points may also be earned through bonus promotions. See specific promotions for terms and conditions.
3. Rewards, and any rights they confer, cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. Rewards may be deducted from your balance where a transaction is cancelled or a refund occurs.
5. Layby and online purchases are excluded from earning rewards.
My Bub Club Card – receiving rewards
1.The current redemption rate is a $20 coupon for every $250 spent on clothing and a $20 coupon for every $350 spent on hardware on a 12 month rolling basis. PPGL reserves the right to alter the redemption rate or rewards cut-off dates at any time.
2. Any transactions older than 12 months will no longer be eligible towards the spend threshold.
3. It is your responsibility to keep your address updated. We won’t be able to advise you of your rewards eligibility if we no longer have current contact details.
4. Once rewards coupon have been issued, they cannot be reissued.
Rewards vouchers
1. Rewards coupons are personal and non-transferable.
2. They can be used only once to purchase goods and services to the value of the amount shown on the face of the voucher when used in conjunction with a My Bub Club Card.
3. The coupon can be used at any Babycity store nationwide.
4. The coupon is not exchangeable for cash or gift cards.
5. No change will be given on your reward coupons
6. Please ensure you redeem your coupon before the expiry date printed on the coupon as it will not be reissued once expired.
7. Coupons must be redeemed in full, no change will be given.
8. Reward coupons cannot be used for online purchases.
PPGL is not liable for:
1. Any delay in replacing a My Bub Club Card.
2. Any loss, theft or damage to any rewards coupon/s in the course of post or delivery.
3. Any stolen, mislaid, lost, destroyed or damaged rewards voucher – they cannot be reissued or replaced.
4. The suspension and/or termination of the My Bub Club Card programme.
My Bub Club Card and your privacy
1. PPGL collects and holds personal information in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1993. Your personal information is
collected so that we can provide you with the benefits of having a My Bub Club Card. PPGL may use your details from the application process, along with details on how you use My Bub Club Card and what you buy in our stores, to:
a. Send you any rewards coupons you may be entitled to;
b. Understand customers’ shopping habits to improve service;
c. If you consent we will contact you with special offers, discounts and information about products and services (by mail, email or mobile phone) related to your shopping, that may be of interest to you and your family;
d. If you consent we may also contact you for research (by email or by telephone) related to your shopping.
2. This information will be shared with companies working on our behalf (such as mailing companies), but information identifying an individual will never be passed on to a third party for their own use.
3. You can opt into or out of receiving promotions at any time by contacting updating your details on our website www.babycity.co.nz. You will still be given your rewards coupon when you qualify.
4. You have the right to access and correct personal information, and can do this online at www.babycity.co.nz. Your information will be held at Level 1, 359 Lincoln Road, Addington, Christchurch.
