If a customer is unable to return goods to a Babycity Store, any freight charges are to be met by the customer.
Whilst all care is taken in the display of item colour from time to time, and dependant on users technology, colours may vary slightly. If the item you receive from your online order does not match the colour expected please feel free to return or exchange the item at any of our stores with proof of purchase.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
