Returns Policy

We are committed to exchanging your goods within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in original condition.We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Whilst all care is taken in the display of item colour from time to time, and dependant on users technology, colours may vary slightly. If the item you receive from your online order does not match the colour expected please feel free to return or exchange the item at any of our stores with proof of purchase.  

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

If the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, you may have rights or remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the above. If you are using this Site or its content for business purposes, the above exclusions and limits will apply and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.

We will take action, within a reasonable time, to correct any error or inaccuracy which is brought to our attention.
